- The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, by 14 days from the delivery of the product. If this is exceeded, unfortunately we cannot offer you this service.
- We do not accept products returned worn, damaged, perfumed, washed or altered in any way (including labels), footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. If a product is returned in a different condition than when it was shipped. Packages will be refused at the buyer's expense.
- Some types of products are non-returnable, such as no longer available, personalized products, consumables and socks, earrings, tiaras and other intimate items(For hygiene reasons). Items in the outlet section or purchased with discount codes being at below cost/sale prices cannot be returned.
Festival-specific Collections (For example, Christmas and some limited-time holiday Collections).

Once communicated with our support service
a file will be sent to you via email to organize the collection of the goods with the courier at a cost of € 10 until € 15 which will be deducted from the value of the Voucher that will be generated for you. The first attempt organized by the courier is included, in case of failure to collect, the second attempt by the courier will have an additional cost.

- Once the package arrives at the office, it will be our responsibility to verify that all the above conditions are respected, and if the outcome is positive, a shopping voucher of the returned product of equivalent value will be issued to be used on our site.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If anomalies or manufacturing defects are found on the product, the customer must send a communication to the email address: info@levelstores.com no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the item, reporting the problem and possibly documenting it with images/videos; if the communication is made subsequently it will not be possible to certify the actual use of the product and consequently it will not be possible to proceed with a replacement.
- If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
 
NOTE:
Level Stores reserves the right not to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • The risk and direct costs of the return will be borne by the consumer. You may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We also remind you that shipping costs and customs duties are not part of the value of the return, as they are paid to the courier and remain the responsibility of the customer. Given the Store's low costs, we are not yet able to offer a free return service. Discount Codes and Loyalty Points are non-refundable.
